Quick Workout Tip - Multiple Mini Workouts

If you don't have time time during the day to get in a full workout, no problem.  Try doing 1 set of something throughout the day.  Pick an exercise, like pushups or squats and every so often (1 hour, for example), just do 1 set.  The set will take less than a minute and if you can do a bunch of them throughout the day, you will have gotten in a lot of exercise throughout the day.

Not only will it help keep your metabolism boosted all day, it will give you lots of energy and keep your circulation more healthy.  Plus, you won't break into a sweat from one exercise so you can even do it at work!  This is a great secret tip for those of us who otherwise would just not do any exercise during the day.  So, take a minute here and there and start doing some sets of exercises...
