Quick Weight Loss Tip - Take a 10 minute break

People are always asking for quick tips on how to lose weight.  Here's a real easy one... eat half your meal, then stop eating for 5-10 minutes.  It takes a little time for your brain to send signals to your stomach that you're full and you should stop eating.  If you eat too fast, you will have eaten twice as much as you need to possibly.  Most of the time, if you just take a break halfway through your meal, you'll find you're not even hungry.

Guess what?  You just cut down the amount of calories by HALF.  And, of course, if you're still hungry, then keep eating.  But, you will be surprised to see that most of the time, you will start feeling more and more full as you rest.  It's a great weight loss tip that you can do anywhere, anytime!
